To begin your learning journey with us, please prepare the following admission requirements carefully based on your category of enrollment.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For Students (Non-Professionals)
For high school students, senior high school students, and recent graduates enrolling in college entrance exam reviews and academic readiness programs.
General Requirements:
- Accomplished Student Application Form
– available online or at our Admissions Office
- Two (2) recent passport-size photos
- – white background, formal attire, taken within the last 6 months
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Present School ID
– or a Certification of Enrollment if ID is unavailable
- Photocopy of Latest Report Card (Form 138 / SF9)
- – most recent grading period or semester
- Photocopy of Valid ID of Parent/Guardian (for minor applicants)
- Accomplished Fetcher’s Authorization Form (for minors)
- Proof of Payment
– Bank deposit slip or online payment screenshot
– Email to: accounting@iamanila.edu.ph
If Applicable:
- Photocopy of Previous Entrance Exam Result (e.g., UPCAT, ACET)
- Photocopy of Passport (for foreign or international students)
- Signed Waiver Form (if already booked for an English proficiency exam)
For Licensed Professionals and Graduates
- For professionals enrolling in licensure reviews (e.g., NCLEX, Prometric, HAAD, UK CBT) or international English exams (e.g., IELTS, OET), and continuing professional development programs.
- General Requirements:
- Accomplished Application Form
– accessible online or through our office
- Two (2) recent passport-size photos
– white background, formal attire
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Two (2) Valid Government-Issued IDs
– e.g., PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, UMID
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma
- Photocopy of PRC License (for regulated professionals like nurses)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if name has changed after marriage)
- Photocopy of Passport (required for international applicants)
- Signed Waiver Form (for applicants already booked for IELTS or similar tests)
- Proof of Payment
– Send deposit slip or payment confirmation to accounting@iamanila.edu.ph
SUBMISSION OPTIONS

- Receive a confirmation email and enrollment schedule
- Walk-in Submission
- Personally submit all printed requirements at:

- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Important Reminders
- All documents must be clear, complete, and valid.
- Minor applicants must have consent and proper authorization from a parent or guardian.
- Processing time may vary based on submission volume and program availability.
- Early registration is recommended due to limited slots per batch.
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
OPTION 1: ONLINE ENROLLMENT
- Step 1: Fill Out the Online Application Form
Visit our official website and complete the Online Admission Form with accurate personal, educational, and contact details.
- Step 2: Choose Your Desired Program
Select the course or program you wish to enroll in. Be sure to review program offerings, schedules, and admission requirements.
- Step 3: Pay the Required Fees
Settle the applicable enrollment or reservation fees through our official bank account:

Keep a copy or screenshot of your validated deposit slip as proof of payment.
- Step 4: Send Proof of Payment
- Email a clear copy of your deposit slip to: accounting@iamanila.edu.ph
- Include the following details:
- Full Name of Student
- Program/Course Enrolled
- Date of Payment
- Contact Number
- Step 5: Wait for Confirmation
Our Admissions and Accounting teams will verify your payment and documents. You will receive an official confirmation of enrollment via email or SMS, along with orientation schedules and access credentials.
OPTION 2: WALK-IN ENROLLMENT
- Step 1: Visit the Campus
Proceed to the International Academy Manila Admissions Office during office hours.

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form
Complete the physical Application for Admission form onsite with the assistance of our admissions staff.
- Step 3: Choose Your Program
Consult with our academic advisors and choose the course that best fits your academic or career goals.
- Step 4: Settle the Required Fees
Pay the enrollment or reservation fee at the campus cashier or deposit it through our official bank accounts.
- Step 5: Submit Required Documents
Provide the following:
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Latest Report Card or Transcript of Records
- 2×2 or Passport Size ID Photo (2 copies)
- Any additional requirements specified per program
- Step 6: Receive Confirmation
Once all documents are reviewed and verified, you’ll receive your Enrollment Confirmation, student ID schedule, and orientation details.
